Hi, The ElectriQ 5?m pipe kit is just the copper line set — it does not come pre-loaded with refrigerant. Refrigerant is only in the actual air conditioning system and must be charged by a qualified fitter during installation.

Question from Mark: Asked on 07/12/2025 Please tell me if this kit is 2 pipes! Ie flow and return pipes or do I have to order 2 if these kits?

Hi Mark,The ElectriQ 5?m pipe kit (PIPEKIT12K-5M) includes both the 1/4?inch and 3/8?inch pipes needed for a split AC — one for flow and one for return — so you do not need to order a second kit to have both pipes.Thanks!
