Please be aware that our cut-off time for online and telephone orders with Next Day delivery is 10 pm Monday to Friday and 9 pm Sundays. This is subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification.
Deliveries take place between 7 am and 8 pm, and Next Day delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Most orders can be tracked online; however, some couriers do not share tracking details. If your delivery has not arrived by 8 pm, please send us a message via your account. Or, for an updated delivery time, please contact your courier.
All items should be inspected on delivery, and damaged goods should be refused on arrival. If you notice your product is damaged after the delivery, please report this within 48 hours.
Our delivery prices are based on your products, delivery destination and add-on services.
Orders with Next Day delivery that are placed after our cut-off time on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 2 pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
For Saturday deliveries, orders must be placed before 3 pm on Friday.
The following postcodes are classed as the non-mainland UK or remote/rural deliveries: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.
We have partnered with Parcelforce Worldwide to ship products to specified countries in mainland Europe.
Delivery costs to non-UK destinations are calculated on an order-by-order basis and will be advised when placing your order.

If your goods don't arrive as expected, please follow the link in your dispatch email to use our online tracking service. If we fail to send your goods on our agreed date, we will refund you the difference between our priority and standard services, or £5 - whichever is greater. To request this compensation, please send us an eMessage.
Damaged Items / Missing Items / Wrong Items
Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. However, in rare instances, some items may get damaged, misrouted or even lost in transit. Please note that damaged items can be refused on delivery and returned to the driver.

How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your order, with your final fee being calculated during the checkout process. For non-UK or Ireland deliveries, please call 0871 971 0771 (calls cost 13ppm plus your network access charge).
Do you deliver to all of the UK?
We sure do. This includes the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Enter your postcode at the checkout to get a delivery price.
Do you deliver to Ireland (ROI)
Yes. Just select Ireland as your delivery country in the checkout. We also have a dedicated Irish website, buyitdirect.ie, which sells everything from the Buy It Direct Group, including laptops, tech, furniture and bathrooms.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, we offer international delivery on smaller items to the following locations; Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra and Gibraltar. For larger items, please call 0330 3903060

Do I get a delivery timeslot?
Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.
Can I collect my order from you myself?
Yes. We have a collection point in the East Midlands. In the checkout, you will see the option to collect your order – select your preferred location. Please note collection isn't available for orders paid via PayPal.
If your item arrives damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet 'damaged' and contact us to let us know. This way, the courier can return it, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

What if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will leave a note to explain your next steps. For large, two-person deliveries, there may be a redelivery charge.
I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?
We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries.
