Our Extended 5 Year Warranty from Buy It Direct gives you the reassurance that if an electrical or mechanical fault arises you won't be exposed to costly repair bills. Our dedicated technical team will take care of your dehumidifier.

To take advantage of this great offer just simply add the warranty extension you want and we'll do the rest.

Warranty Information

  • We cover repair or replacement costs for a fixed period of 5 years from your purchase.
  • We'll replace if we can't repair. Replacements will be delivered free of charge.
  • All costs includes parts, labour, call out and delivery charges, so you can rest assured there are no hidden costs. For smaller units we may ask you to return it to our UK repair centre.
  • Free unlimited phone support with a dedicated claims line. We have a dedicated claims line and are here to help.
  • No hidden exceses.
  • Call as often as you like, we have no limit on the number of repairs you can have.
