SuperStorm100 is a powerful air cooler, humidifier and air cleaner that doesn't require any venting like an air conditioner would do. Hi, The electriQ Super Storm 100L does not have a BTU rating because it is an evaporative air cooler rather than a refrigerant-based air conditioning unit. BTU ratings only apply to systems that use a compressor and refrigerant to actively cool air, whereas this model cools through the natural evaporation of water. Its performance is therefore measured by airflow and coverage, delivering up to 12,000 m³/h airflow and suitable for areas up to 100m².

This is generally well-suited to larger open spaces such as school halls, dining areas, or sports facilities where background noise is expected, with lower speeds offering a more comfortable level where noise sensitivity is a consideration.
