A powerful 11,000 BTU air conditioner ideal for mid-sized sized areas such as an office or living room.

This Prem-i-Air model packs in enough cooling power to keep mid-sized rooms cool all day. Easy to install, this model is mounted on castors and is highly mobile so is ideally suited for homes as well as offices. If you are after a good nights sleep or are simply wanting a more comfortable working environment this portable air conditioner will cool and purify the air around you.

The evaporated water vapour goes out of the hose along with the hot air - similar to a tumble dryer

Question from Ian: Asked on 28/06/2011 The only window I can use to put the hose out of is at about head-height. Can the 2m hose be extended to, say, 3m and is there a maximum height it can be raised to?

Generally we wouldn't advise to extend the hose, but if you are really struggling then a small extension piece up to 1m could be used. The downside will be the unit wont be as efficient. The hose is the same as kitchen extractor or tumble dryer and can be purchased from most DIY superstores
