Hi, The manual confirms the exhaust hose is designed to extend up to 1.5m, but it must not be replaced or extended with a longer or additional hose. Using a longer vent hose can reduce performance, cause overheating, and may affect warranty cover. For best results, the hose should be kept as short and straight as possible.

Hi,The ELL COMO 9000 Smart WiFi Portable 9000 BTU Air Conditioner is a portable unit that must be vented through a hose to a window, so it requires an outlet pipe and won’t work properly without it.Thanks!
