Warranty Information

We cover repair or replacement costs for a fixed period of 2 years from your purchase.
If it breaks we'll fix it, if it develops a fault we'll get it working again. We'll instruct either the manufacturer or a certified repair centre to repair it.
We'll replace if we can't repair. Replacements will be delivered free of charge.
All costs includes parts, labour, call out and delivery charges are covered, so you can rest assured there are no hidden costs. For smaller untis we may ask you to return it to our UK repair centre.
Free unlimited phone support with a UK Dedicated claims line need a repair. We have a dedicated claims line and are here to help.

You will be emailed your policy schedule within 30 days of taking delivery of your air conditioner.
