The unit has an input power of approximately 2200W and a running current of around 10A (maximum 11.8A). This means it is designed to operate from a standard UK 13-amp wall socket when plugged directly into the mains.

Hi, The electriQ 18000?BTU Portable Commercial Air Conditioner (A2/CMAC20M) must have its hot air vent hose routed outside through a wall or window when used in cooling mode, as this is essential for the unit to expel hot air and cool the room effectively. If the unit is used in dry (dehumidifier) mode only, venting is not required, but the water collected in the tank must be emptied manually.
