    Warranty Information


    Protect your Air Conditioner against the cost and hassle of unexpected failure and give yourself some added peace of mind with one of our great value extended warranties!
    • We cover repair or replacement costs for a fixed period of 2 years from your purchase.
    • If it breaks we'll fix it, if it develops a fault we'll get it working again. Well instruct either the manufacturer or a certified repair centre to repair it.
    • We'll replace if we can't repair. Replacements will be delivered free of charge.
    • All costs includes parts, labour, call out and delivery charges, so you can rest assured there are no hidden costs.  For smaller untis we may ask you to return it to our UK repair centre.
    • Free unlimited phone support with a UK Dedicated claims line need a repair. We have a dedicated claims line and are here to help.


    You will be emailed your policy schedule within 30 days of taking delivery of your dehumidifier.

    NB: Our Extended Warranties are only valid within the UK & Ireland and can only be purchased with your product.
