Technical support and warranty cover on Air Conditioning equipment is provided either directly by AirconDirect or by the product manufacturer as follows:

  • MEACO products - 1 year warranty provided by manufacturer - Contact 01483 234900
  • EBAC products - 2 year warranty provided by manufacturer - Contact 01388 605061
  • EBAC product AMAZON15 - 1 year warranty provided by manufacturer – Contact 01388 605061

All other manufacturers - Warranty provided directly by AirconDirect - Contact 0844 412 4540. (Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras.)

Warranties need to be registered within 30 days of purchase. All Air Conditioning warranties can be extended to up to three years. Please call our Sales team on 0844 412 4540 to enquire about warranty extensions.
