27-Jun-2011 ann: when it says twin hose does that mean it has two hoses that need putting out the window ,does it have a water tank that needs emptying thanks

mark h: Sorry this is a typo, it only has one hose that needs venting. There is a small internal tank but this will generally only need emptying before storage unless the climate is very humid or you are drying clothes. All excess moisture is vented out the hose

mark h: The cooling capacity is 3.5kW. You cant really measure the power it would take to reduce air from 30 to 25 degrees C as there would be too many other variables such as the size of the room, outside ambient temperature, heat sources in the room such a people, computers tv's etc
