This is our best selling and best value Amcor model. With 10,000 BTU of cooling power and weighing only 30kg, it is perfectly suited to mid-sized rooms and offices.

Amcor are the worlds largest manufacturer of Air Conditioners and the quality of this unit reflects their superb reputation. With a low energy rating, this highly portable ipod silver and white model features patented Auto Drain NanoMist Technology which means that much of the humidity is evaporated off down the hose. Its compact design and quiet operation make it perfect for both home and office use.

Easy to install, it is robust, lightweight and nicely designed. Nice features include an 8 hour timer (to ensure it is not left on when you are sleeping or out of the office) an integrated air purifier and an internal tank for boosting cooling.

4-Jul-2007 Tom and Lisa: Why is this unit so cheap? Is it new and UK spec?

Easycom: It is a brand new, UK spec air conditioner. The reason we as so much cheaper than the competition is we buy in large quantities and pass the savings onto the customer.

8-Jun-2008 K Wren (Herefordshire): I have four of these units around the home and can vouch for them being very effective. Also, should you ever need to contact Amcor, their service is second to none (and they don't even charge a premium rate for telephone enquiries or support!). Buy with confidence. I have no regrets.

Easycom: This timer is a feature that can be disabled.

20-Jul-2008 Nigel.: Tell me about the clip on tank please. Do you need to use it all the time and where does it go? Is it vey large? Why do the other models not have a clip on tank for boosted cooling?

Easycom: Sorry, this was a typo. All the Amcor Air conditioners have an internal non removable that collects some water while the rest is expelled out the hose. This water is then used over the elements to increase cooling and put some humidity back into the room. Dimensions - HxWxD: 750x 400x 377 mm. You could use it all the time to get a constant temperature in the room, but most people will only use them when its too hot.
