mark h: Yes, there is a continuous drain function. You will need the drain kit though which is only available directly from Ebac

8-Dec-2010 Angela: Hi are you able to clean the carbon filter it comes with or would you have to change it yearly and dispose of old one? Would it be better to buy 2 smaller dehumidifiers for whole hose or one with a larger extraction rate ?

mark h: The carbon filters aren't washable I'm afraid only the dust filters, so if you require them they would need to be replaced periodically. If you house is open plan, one unit would normally suffice, but if you don't fancy moving your dehumidifier around upstairs and downstairs, two smaller units would be a better option

21-Jan-2011 Arthur: If you place this unit in a caravan will it be a case that it does the job quickler than th 18L model? Also what happens if the climate outside is very cold will it still work OK?

mark h: The performance difference between the two is fairly small. If you are using this in a caravan that's not in use and unheated the temperature would have to remain above 5 degrees C, any lower and the unit wouldn't work efficiently and if allowed to freeze may be damaged

vicki: There is a manufacturer 2 year warranty. Some companies are offering an extension of 3 years from themselves although the price for the unit is much higher
